| Hi, I shipped my submission on 3/14 but have not seen it on my CBCS online account. Just wondering if CBCS is behind on entering the submissions like CGC. If yes, how long is it taking? Thanks |

| I am also curious about this situation. I submitted an order for 5 comic books, #21-0E7DE46, on 3/13 and was told by USPS that the package was delivered on 3/18. I have yet to see the status change on my dashboard from "submitted" to "received." In the past, I have never had to wait more than 2-3 days for the status to change. Is CBCS experiencing the same slow down on registering submissions that the shop across the street is going though? Business must be good! | ||

| I just sent mine 2 day mail (that took 4 days) and tracked that it had been delivered. I’m not stalking my dashboard yet, because they just arrived. I’m interested in knowing when they bill the credit card. Do they wait until they’re done with everything? | ||

| @Herkzy you get billed when your comix are "received". I think if you do grade screening they charge for the shipping right away and the grading/slabbing once complete | ||

| My CBCS order took about 2 weeks after delivery to show as received. Kinda frustrating but all is good now. My fear is if it delivered to the wrong place it would be weeks before I would know then I’d be screwed. | ||

| Got the “they’re here!” email last Friday, about 10 days since they arrived. I can breathe a bit easier now. That whole waiting part to be received, I feel, is worse than the standard TAT to get them back. | ||

| @wildmind are you just looking at your dashboard or are you looking at the order (or preferably the invoice link in the order)? The dashboard never really updates; it's either processing or completed. | ||

| HI Everyone, Has anyone received their January 2021 submission as graded? My Jan submission still says Processing. Just wondering. I know they finished pressing but I did not see a chat room where they announce the particular month grading process status. Thanks |
