When I saw #1 selling for 3 & 5k, i thought, continue to hold in my pc or sell, now, if this goes for 25k, it will be difficult for me to continue to hold. |

| You've got a real nice book there that will be valued at quite the amount. Just a couple points if I may to steer towards, perhaps, a more appropriate value (which I have not researched as of this writing) Firstly the seller is "asking" $25K. I could be wrong, but I don't think even with signatures a 9.8 is at 25K. Secondly, it's a 9.8. 9.8 attracts aaaaallllllll kinds of eyes that don't look at 9.6's. Is it silly in my opinion? It sure is. It's the old bad day/good day grading joke we all have seen. But nonetheless, 9.8 Syndrome (a condition when you temporarily lose your mind and wallet) is alive and well. |

| I’ve noticed a lot of unusually high asking prices. I think it’s just because stupid money is being thrown around that people hope even stupider money is out there to get. Values are going up, but there’s definitely a frenzy happening now. Too bad it’s just an asking price or I’d send a picture to my father to show him that maybe I wasn’t “wasting my money on comics” after all. |
