| Has anyone else had an issue with DCBS? I emailed them twice in the last several months asking for a refund for about $40 worth of comics that were preordered but never fulfilled. The first time they responded saying the comics were still being fulfilled by Diamond. The 2nd time was last week and I've yet to receive a response. Prior to this I received excellent service from them and the comics they've sent have always been in better condition overall than other preorder services I've used. Thanks for any feedback. | ||

| I stopped using them 2 years ago after the 25th time they cancelled an order. I've gone with TFAW now who (I have found) does not cancel when you actually order. It was an epidemic of cancellations that was intolerable |

I use MCS subscription service. Very happy with them and I can piggy back orders onto my monthly shipment. Unfortunately I don’t get the B&W spawn covers from them  but mostly get all the covers I want |

| I received a reply yesterday, my comics will be shipped with my next preorder shipment. Looking forward to getting my copy of the last ronin #1 cover A that I believe I ordered 5 of last April, but due to IDW's nonsense was reduced to one copy. | ||
