Yesterday after watching "Jason and the Argonauts", it got my juices flowing for more of the same classic genre.

Today's movie menu....

"The Sword and the Sorcerer" (1982)
"Clash of the Titans" (1981)
"The Golden Voyage of Sinbad" (1974)

I didn't notice anything about his shirt (guess I wasn't paying attention), but Kurt is Scott Lang's buddy from Ant-Man. David Dastmalchian played him in the movies and did the voice acting in the episode.

I bought "Clash of the Titans" on Blu-ray when it was released & was disappointed with the transfer, ultra grainy picture quality! But I love the movie, another FAV of mine!

I've watched the first two episodes of "Only Murders in the Building" on Hulu, starring Steve Martin, Martin Short and Selena Gomez. Enjoyed them so far. It's working on a few different levels including poking fun at the whole True Crime podcast genre. The music is obviously purposely similar to the music from the Serial podcast.

Starting Y: The Last Man Episode 3. I was half asleep watching the first two episodes last night, but I found them entertaining, although there isn't much action so far.

I saw the original back in the day and liked it. I was told this one wasn't that good so I went and saw "CARD COUNTING" instead which never got any better then "when is it going to get good?"

You aren't missing anything, it's quite awful. I couldn't make it through more than 10 minutes of Episode 4 before turning it off, although the first three were entertaining.

If you've read the series, I'm sure it's even worse. I've only read through 28 issues so far, and I started reading the comic after watching the first three episodes, but the character development, dialogue, and storyline are way off and very poorly done in the show.

I thought the Starlord episode was fun and clever. Also enjoyed the Zombies episode for how casual they were about killing each other. But the ending wasn't so great.
