| Wanted to give you all a quick update on CBCS and turnaround times, as we have been getting a lot of questions from our customers. *RECEIVING* Due to the holidays, and the volume of submissions we have been receiving daily, our receiving department is behind on entering your submissions in, but we are working to get this caught up. We are currently working on submissions received 1/5 to 1/6, and do not worry as this WILL NOT affect your turn around times. *TURN AROUND TIMES* We are still working on a turnaround time of around 10 weeks (or less) for all regular tier submissions, and as always adding services will add to the turnaround time, as VSP will add a week or two, and pressing will also add more time. The holidays slowed this down as well, but thankfully we have not lost any ground, and are working to keep this trending in the right direction. | Anyone know what is happening with the CBCS Canada location? We are currently in an emergency 'stay at home' order - can only leave for essentials - wondering if the CBCS Canada location is still operating or if this order has forced them to close down for the next 28 days? |

| Thank you Daryl, I've sent in 3 boxes of comic books. So far box 1 and 3 have been logged in. I checked the tracking number for box 2 and it says it was delivered. Hopefully, it is waiting on your end to be logged in. |
