| Hey guys.....I have some stuff arriving at CBCS tomorrow. Unfortunately the order was placed using a credit card that I had to cancel yesterday due to possible identity theft. Looked my order up on the website but i do not see a way to change my payment info. Am I missing something, or do I have to call CBCS customer service? I am hoping I can change it without calling, as the customer service people I have dealt with in the past are not the best....! Thanks... |

I know that they respond fast to emails. Maybe try emailijg them before calling them. I too have been a victim of the customer service calls that take forever lol  |
