| What Towmater said. Of all the Star Wars cast, Harrison Ford has always been most expensive and hardest to get. Ford is an A List star. Ford doesn't do the comic con scene. Harrison Ford doesn't actually like signing stuff. And his signature prices are not out of line if you compare him to the other MCU prices charged by the A List actors that portrayed Captain America, Iron Man, Thor. If you are on Facebook much and follow the various large FB forums for comic books, you regularly see someone post up "should I get Harrison Ford's signature added to my Star Wars #1?" And in reply someone will reply they would like to get Ford's signature on their Further Adventures of Indiana Jones #1. 99% of these people posting have absolutely no clue how seldom Harrison Ford signs and how much it costs when he does. Private signings and the annual Star Wars Celebration. As far as I know, that is it for getting Ford's signature. |

| I'd already booked 2 comic signatures for this. Have always wanted to add his signature to the JTC action figure collection. Huge price to pay but seeing what Hamill's signature value has done since 'retiring from the convention scene' is some slight reassurance that even when im long gone it will be a nice investment for the kids to at least recoup what I paid, if they dont just burn my whole collection like a Jedi end scene! | ||

| I think it all comes down to the value that one puts on his signature. For some this makes sense and to others it does not. It is kind of like the Frank Miller pieces I have in my OA collection. Some wouldn't make that leap. Some would. To each their own. I made the leap because Miller means that much to me. To the teen reading Daredevil in the 1980's he helped shape the person I would become and without knowing it Miller helped me onto the road I have traveled during my life. Having pieces of his work in my OA collection makes every bit of sense to me. I would imagine that to many having a Harrison Ford signature makes sense to them. I don't understand paying the freight on a Giant Size X-Men, ASM 300, or a ASM 129 at today's prices. However, I'm not going to call out flipper A, dealer B, or collector C for buying or selling those books at the prices they command in today's market. I just look at the market and shake my head in disbelief. |

I did buy a Hugh Jackman signed Astonishing X-Men #22 SS 9.8, I believe it was. But hey, it's Wolverine and Hugh Jackman. I thought it was expensive at the time, but it was cheaper than anything offered by camp Harrison Ford.  |

| @Noblebeast315 Stan was worth it to me, but with kids, mortgage, car payments, etc... getting autographs is a much lower priority for me. Ford can charge whatever he wants, but that prices me out, which is fine. I’ve only got about ten autographs and Stan was the one I paid the most for. Most of the others were free. I don’t begrudge anyone for making money; I just wish it wasn’t out of reach for many. Oh, well... |
