Boy, I don't see this very often. I was gathering some modern stuff I want gone and I came across a MTU141 newsstand 8.0 which I had no idea how to price. I jumped on GoCollect to get an idea. They have the direct edition for more than the newsstand edition ... way more! Maybe a mistake?  |

| My anecdotal experience tells me that most newsstands have to be at a certain grade to command a premium over a direct. That does seem like a bit of a gap. Is there an outlier sale that stands out? That could skew it. | ||

| @Nuffsaid111 I hear you, I use the same logic. 5yrs ago I didn’t care as much because newsstands felt more plentiful, and it was a fun restriction to make the chase more challenging. Now more people are aware of the rarity. While digging in some boxes at NYCC I actually heard someone specifically ask the dealer if they had a newsstand section. Congrats on the price you paid. I love seeing a nice haul. |
