Customer Service Turnaround12881

Sent an email to Customer Service this past Saturday (9/12/2020) so wasn't expecting a response over the weekend. It is now close to end of business today (Tuesday, 9/15/2020) and haven't received a response yet.

Is this normal now - i.e. should I be getting on the horn or just chill as normal turnaround is X number of days? If the latter, what is "X"?

Unfortunately it is. Responses can take a week or more.

@WalkinWillie that seems normal to me. However, I sent an email to customer service Sunday 9-13 at around 6 PM and received a response by 2:00 PM the next day, Monday 9-14. Maybe it went to your spam.

@flanders Yeah they are not consistent. I’ve had times where I’ve sent them an email and got a response the same day but that is unfortunately the exception and not the rule
