I shipped a 15 book submission for this promo, ranging from low grade keys on up to things that fingers crossed will grade out pretty well. One book was a panic submission - I planned to submit what I recalled to be a high grade copy of Kamandi #1, but then found the centerfold to be detached. I instead included something else, and already think of a dozen other books that should have gone instead. There’s always next time, right? | Under the new promo (with the fast pass), how long before the books are mailed back after CBCS receives them? Is it 3 weeks? I believe the current TAT (excluding Press and VSP) is 6 weeks and Fast Pass cuts that time in half, is this correct? My books were delivered to Dallas today but not Received in the system yet. |

I ended up sending in ten books today for the promotion. In addition to the five I posted a few weeks ago, I added the following books. Overall nothing very valuable, but hopefully there is a high grade book or two in there, and maybe something SB will like enough to post a picture of.     |

| think I have 10 picked out......we'll see if I pull the trigger and pack/ship before month end!! Brave and Bold 61 - 9+ Sub Mariner 5 - 8? Captain Marvel 29 (milehigh II - I know they won't list it but I have the slip and it looks high grade!) Plastic Man 4 - double cover - do they grade on highest cover?? Tomb of Dracula 12 - 9+ Forever People 1 x2 - one from they who shall not be named at 8.0 the other looks higher than that Mister Miracle 1 x3 - all three look to be 7.5 maybe higher on 1 or 2 of them pretty sure I'll try to sell all except BB 61 and the highest grade of FP1 and MM 1 - some of the others I might hold onto until they announce a Blade or Subby in MCU! Gosh..if I DO, do this, they will all go for a press and that means months and months and months and months... |
