I just decided to bump up my weekly comics budget because I am back at work full time with some extended hours. I'm interested to know what you guys get weekly and whats worth picking up right now.

Venom, Thor and anything that Donnie Cates writes. Batman has been good too.

That's a broad question, only because I'm not sure what you're interested in, or gravitate towards.

Here's a shortlist of what I'm currently enjoying at the moment. I have more, but these are the ones I look forward to on Wed.

-The Batman's Grave
-Canto
-Once and Future
-Thor
-Vampirella
-Wynd

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (IDW ongoing)

I suggest that you start with issue 106 since 101-105 wraps up City at War's aftermath. Plus you do not need to read that arc to know more about Alopex (1st: Micro-Series #1), Mona Lisa (1st: TMNT #101), or Lita (1st: TMNT #101) to enjoy the story.

Usagi Yojimbo (IDW ongoing)

Recently found out that this series is being published by IDW. It's on my list because Stan Sakai has been doing this series since 1984. So if you like fictional period-based series, this is one to check out. Especially when past issues might not be as expensive as it would be with other series.

I am also hearing good things about Thor and Venom. But I have not been following Marvel for some time now. So I am going to take the word of those who do.

Oooo forgot about that. My uncle was a HUGE Conan fan, and gave me all his old (actual) books when I was a kid. The Cimmerian is the Conan I grew up with in those books.

I get pretty much all the X-books.

The main X-Men series is solid. It's also probably where you're going to have things that ripple out to other stories.
Marauders is kind of a palace intrigue series. I'm enjoying it.
Excalibur is not great for me but maybe if you like magic/fantasy a lot.
New Mutants is holding down the weirdness end of things.
X-Force is holding down the body count end of things.
Fallen Angels is over, and with good reason.
Wolverine is only two issues in (third came out yesterday but I don't have it yet) but seems like it's going to be pretty Wolverine-y.
Cable just started (issue 1 was pre-COVID, issue 2 come out next week).
Hellions just started. It's going to be looking at the misfits.
X-Factor starts next week.

If I was going to just recommend one I think I would go with Marauders although it's hard to judge the last four.

100% agreed. All the other X series since HoX/PoX have at least been readable but that one was painful.

These guys do Conan the way he was meant to be, not a super-hero like Marvel portrays him. Dark Horse did a great version as well.

I never read the DH run. I'll look into that, thanks!
