| I am getting a bit disappointed that my last order, shipped Priority on October 26th, is still not showing as anything but submitted/received. I submitted it with the Pressing20 Promo, and it was received by CBCS before the end of October. I was under the impression that those books would have around a 12-week turn-around. In addition, several weeks ago it was reported that all the books received in October had been pressed and submitted for grading, but I have not seen any status change or received any emails. I purposely held off submitting any more books for the February promotion, as I want to see the results for this order first. Is anybody else still waiting for books back, or even a status change, from the October Promo? | ||

| @esaravo exact same situation....Oct 15th but no updates etc. would have thought by now they would be through grading. Sounds like shipping is delayed - guess there are still issues after the snow in Texas?? but I have a different order that's been in shipping for close to 50 days now that really should have been out before that storm hit. | ||

Called numerous times and wrote emails and even called the number of S Paulus and nothing, 1 customer service agent told me the other that will receive my package but won’t get an emai with the tracking number?? | @esaravo I got an order back from that promotion; normal pressing but the grading was fast pass. I have a second order from the same time. I got an email on Jan 21 that they moved into the pressing area. I would guess your books have been pressed (it's well over 12 weeks now) but the email notification flaked out. | ||

| is it possible to change the return shipping option late in the game?? I have one order in shipping for close to 50days that was supposed to be direct back to me rather than through CBCS Canada but I have another order that should make it to shipping any day now...although no status updates since received...can I just get that 1st order lumped in with the one on it's way and sent back though CBCS Canada?? |

Talked to a rep right away and she said they should waive the fees but that I have to wait for the bill first....it's worked in the past but I know some people have had issues with them!! | ||

| @KatKomics It seems to be hit and miss with me...most of my charges have been waived but I believe I was made to pay 1 or 2 of them. I was told that when sending books through CBCS Canada those fees will never be incurred. I have a bunch of submissions right now at CBCS that I converted to CBCS Canada to avoid those fees. I argued with FedEx that I can not be at the mercy of how a company chooses to mail me my belongings...that usually works to have FedEx waive the fees. | ||

| TAT is how long in-house, and those times are very close to accurate. The problem is you being in Canada and if you try submitting through Oakville (so transport time is a HUGE factor) or you send direct to Texas (increased cost but hopefully better timing). Because of border issues, if time is important, you should send direct and highlight sending direct back to you. If cost is a bigger issue, use Oakville office and hope you get them back by xmas. |
