| WOW I still have books submitted (regular submission) from 11/20 still marked as submitted (I hope they received them, tracking says they did) ... hence I stopped sending and mine were only 10 books | ||

| Within the last year it seems every swim lane related to comics is "delayed". Pressing, Grading, Status updates, Mailings, etc... I just twiddle my thumbs and send out comics every month; hoping eventually, that there will be a monthly delivery before I die. |

| I never know if people include weekends when they count their TAT in days (they shouldn't). 99 days could be around 3 months or 5. | ||

| @Namrepus28 yes, but some people get hung up on 'shipped' versus 'completed'. Sometimes there's some time between when you get the 'completed' email and your actual shipping info; you can't check your grades until you get the shipping info. | ||

| @Namrepus28 @dalvar yeah...I sent an email to customer support and Steve Paulus (the Canadian CBCS rep) - been 2 or 3 days..no response. I'm not even sure the Canadian office is open right now with the province wide stay at home order in Ontario. I send most of my books for a press or at least a press screen so I'm ok with the longer turn around for CBCS Canada because really my pain point is pressing...would still be nice to know if the office is even still open/operating though!! |

| Any idea how long books are presently taking to show up as received? I know the guide says next business day (I believe) and understand it might take a little longer with any Covid restrictions in place... Books were received on the 19th according to tracking. |
