Sadly, I literally just took the Facebook plunge. All these years never had an account. 2 weeks ago I did open one and feel dirty now.... lolol.

@Nuffsaid111

My condolences. I had an account that was deactivated. I had problems getting an Instagram account and reactivated the Facebook account to see if that would help. Turns out all this time folks were still posting about politics and such. I promptly deactivated the account again and hope to never see any of the vile stuff again associated with my name.

That is the best reason to join. You figure its something you enjoy.

Personally I hate selling and ebay makes it easy enough to tolerate.

Care to elaborate?

@Bronte It sounds like there may be an artist change on the title from what I heard from some friends who own comic book stores and IF that is the case, then the ashcan will be a collectible that TMNT fans will want to have for their collection. Also they all told me that a new ashcan is in the works as well so IF there was an artist change perhaps the upcoming ashcan will feature the newly created art. Again nothing confirmed just what they all told me. The current ashcan suffered from spine ticks on a lot of the copies, it was too big and since its only a few pages, quite flimsy so finding them without spine damage can be difficult. Perhaps they will change to the smaller ashcan format on the next one.

One of the stores I get emails from said that issues were delayed because of a change in artists, including some new covers.

@Bronte I’ve heard pretty much the same info as @Kinsella5. Time will tell just hate waiting even longer for a highly anticipated run!

I do have two I’m thinking of parting with. Just checked eBay listings and recently sold, it seems to be shooting up in price!

@Firehawk2069

Lmk if you decide to part. I'd rather buy from forums than off ebay....

Thought I'd go ahead and share this on this thread, since this concerns Aaron Bartling, the artist that did the Ronin cover I shared at the start. He did a variant cover for The Comic Mint on a new series from Image. Here is what he posted on Facebook yesterday.

Not as much as the ones in the Shining, but I'm feeling it.

I'm thinking that cover for The Last Ronin probably answers the question in another thread: What's the most recent iconic comic cover?

Ya for sure. I've ordered so many of these now from so many locations it's tough for me to keep track. I think just the Bartling's are being graded though.

Most of my stuff goes through this app called shop. They keep track of all the comic purchases automatically and you can edit titles so you can modify expected release dates and such.

I use android. No idea if they have it for iPhone. But you can see that I bought from a plethora of places and it keeps them all in track. So its easy to figure out.

If you feel like gambling, 1/5 boxes are supposed to have a raw copy of the ronin book.

I think its 75$ to buy in.
