| Heading into the Month of July we are still at a 5 week ( or less) turn around for all regular submission tiers. All regular fast tiers are on time as well. If you are experiencing an issue, please email us to look into it! This turn around time is just for basic standard grading and begins the day we receive the books in our offices. This 5 week time will not apply if you have submitted for the following: 1. Pressing 2. Signature Verification - VSP (Adds up to two weeks) 3. CBCS Mail in signings 4. Canadian Submissions (Contact Steve Paulus for all Canadian questions) Also Note: If your invoice falls into billing or we have an issue with paperwork the turn around time freezes and does not start back up until payment is received, or we speak to the customer and the issue is corrected. We are working hard to bring customer service to the level it needs to be for you guys, so please send all issues directly to the customer service email, and someone from the Dallas Office will respond. If you guys have any questions or other issues I missed please let me know and thank you! |

| Is there any info on TAT's for pressing? I've had books in processing since Jan 2. I've heard guys saying they are waiting on pressing since last September(?!) Is it really going to be a year for me to get my books back? | ||

| @Darryl_H what is this billing?? My invoice has a button to "Pay Balance" is that the same thing? Only I'm afraid to pay the balance because I'm not sure if it will charge me in USD or CAD!! big difference!! Also - there is a card on file - wouldn't it just take it from there automatically?? |

| That is good to hear. I am in Canada & I have tried to contact Steve Paulus. I have sent 3 emails but haven't gotten a response. I submitted my books in Mar & they were finally received in May, then there has been no updates or invoices or any kind of response. While I understand that COVID has caused a lot of problems & delays, I am somewhat anxious about my books as this is my first submission to CBCS. Also to get no response of any kind is worrisome.  |
