While 215 had the most dangerous game trope, #315 has the 'groups hold their own trials' trope as the Acolytes decide what to do with one of their own and Colossus plays lawyer. I missed it somehow on the first pass of uploads, but I have a direct edition of this one as well.  |

#116 is an issue that, for some reason, took me a while to find a decent copy of. The black cover is one part of it but I just saw junk after junk any time I looked around. As far as the story goes, the X-Men wrap up an adventure in the Savage Land. |

4th series #16, Legacy #616. Like it says on the cover, part of the Inhumans vs X-Men story. The Inhumans felt pushed into a corner so they released the Terrigen Mists into the atmosphere. Unfortunately, it turns out that the mists are fatal to mutants. The X-Men start to strike back by trying to take out Karnak. |

Day 17 starts with a copy that needs to be upgraded. The X-Men, recovering from their battle with the Sentinels, are attacked by a mystery intruder. It's revealed at the end to be Magneto, who is convinced he defeated the X-Men because he.... knocked them out and put them in a hot air balloon headed for the upper atmosphere. It was a simpler time. |

A pretty unimportant issue but I kinda like the cover. Good job, Walt Simonson. You know Dazzler worked really hard because she's doing it again on this newsstand copy.  |
