| Hey guys. I thought this would be an interesting thread, just for fun. Here is a list of my slabbed books. I checked with a moderator before doing this, and was informed it was okay as long as I didn't have any pictures of the PGX stuff. Nothing here is for sale. On the list in my PC, each item is on one line. But here, most are on two lines. Which makes it a tad more difficult to read. But not too bad. Some of these PGX slabbed books were submitted to CBCS at the Cincy ComiCon last weekend. Eventually most of these PGX books will be in CBCS slabs. I listed estimates of values on each book, with some research, and some guesses with knowledge learned over the years. But I don't keep up with hot stuff or falling stuff like I should. Do y'all see any glaring mistakes on the values I gave? They are just ballpark estimates though. | Best way to see what things are worth? Use a combination of Sold (NOT asking, but sold) prices on eBay for the same book and similar grade, GPA (costs $10/month - or have a friend who subscribes help), and the Overstreet guide (usually for things that don't sell that often) . . . all those together should give you an idea of value. But remember - the value of anything is what someone will actually pay for it! | ||

| Well if you do have 350 there in slabs probably about 35k to 40k there. I just average 100 a book as many are well below that based on pricing you gave a with a some well above 100 each. But who knows what anything will sell for. | ||

| Once I get them back from CBCS, I will be adding 13 previously un-slabbed books. Some pretty good ones too. ASM 129, Batman 227, Action 352, etc. So I guess that would make my total 332 books. I wish I had a list of my raw books. That would be a ton of work, and I'm not used to work. I'm kinda pumped about the raw Batman 227 and the raw ASM 129 I recently submitted. The intake guy for CBCS said the 227 is the best one he has seen in quite awhile. And I think the 129 may be a 9.4 Although I would give it 9.2/9.4 But time will tell. Just hoping for no restoration anywhere. |

| What do you guys think about the Buck Rogers #1 from 1940? GoCollect has the highest value at $666 for a 4.0 That is the highest grade they have listed for previous sales, and it occurred on Ebay last October. It had 31 bids. The CGC census has the three highest copies at 8.0, 8.0 and 6.5 Mine is probably going to be the third highest graded. I just guessed at the value I give on my list. |

| I would say 1500 on the buck #1. Problem is it is PGX which means if cbcs graded it I would think it is a 6.0 to 6.5. Be easier to tell with a pic of front and back | ||
