I found this while going through September's previews on MCS. I thought it looked as cool as ice cream!!! I figured people would want the price, so I put the retail price and the MCS preorder price on it. I'm sure it is available from whichever lcs or online store you want. It is a hard cover.

@Jesse_O Can you imagine how many thousands of dollars worth of comic books were destroyed in order to complete the set and get those "special discounts and exclusive merchandise"? lol. That book looks like something I'd like to own though, thanks for showing.

@EbaySeller if you google marvel stamps, there's a page that lists what comics contained what stamps, also what comic the image for the stamp came from, kind of interesting

This is me in my time machine!!! - not sure if I shared it before? - this is sometime between 89 and 94 at I think Deer Creek with Sting as the opening act for the Dead.

We had a few good years following them around from like Michigan to New York - Albany was very very cold and very memorable!!

Ohhh...so sad....middle aged overweight accountant now

Maybe 93 was the best year? we all told our parents we were going to 1 show and ended up being gone for 2 1/2 weeks - selling drinks, grilled cheese and veggie burritos on shakedown street to make $$ to get to the next show and if we were lucky some tickets!!

Have to dig out my show tapes now!!

Cool!

A few years ago at NYCC I saw Hawkman and Hawkgirl cosplayers with wings that could be retracted in the same way.

The wings thing I’m totally on board with as can readily be seen in my painting CREATION, ...

...but if a visitor with wings shows up on your doorstep this Halloween I’d recommend continued social distancing.

This doesn’t have wings but I was quite happy landin in my collection. This is Jack Mathis’s self-published leatherette and gold embossed Valley Of The cliffhangers, a loving homage to Republic cliffhanger serial’s. Meticulously researched and lavishly illustrated this was published in the mid-70’s as a limited edition in the hundreds. Covered the entire history of Repulic’s chapter plays from the 1937 to 1956...

Among the Republic classics...

This house was around the corner from my favorite restaurant. It's been in Guiness as the skinniest in the world. I believe it was built on a dare.

Anyone good at building Legos? My wife got a ton of them from her sister for me.

This one looks like the Batmobile, a Star Wars vehicle for sure, and who knows what else?
I have another bag full of stuff and it looks like the Pirates of the Caribbean ship.

Don't know if I want to try and put them back together or just sell the lot as is.
