Looking at the closeups of the back cover when it's out of the bag, I am thinking in the 4.5/5.0 range.

I'd give it 5.0...a lot of stress on that spine, piece missing from back corner, color breaks/stress on the cover, date stamp on the back cover. Looks like a fold on the lower right front cover. Not something I'd bother getting slabbed.

That spine looks well-worn and loose, but I'd have to see a pic with the front cover open, see how it lays. My guess? 6.5, if the cover and all wraps are attached and pretty solid.

I think the book is in VG+ (4.5). It looks like the book may have had a bad spine roll prior to a press.
That back cover crease really impacts the grade.

By the Overstreet grading guide, a 5.0 VG/FN has a suggested 13 allowable defect as the max. I counted 13 plus just on the back cover. I would say 4.0 - 4.5 best. Either case a great book to own. Congrats!
