The problems with this is that I would have to go the grocery stores for at least one ingredient out of each recipe, lol.

Here's one that I used to make back in my college days when we were cleaning out the refrigerator.

Ed's Mac & Cheese Pizza

Mix up a batch of your favorite Mac & Cheese (back when I was in college, you could sometimes get sales of 4 boxes for $1 - probably what I could have bought a Hulk #181 for back then too!). Get a casserole dish (around 10 x 10 or 12 x 12, depending on what you have and how thick you want your 'crust') and spray it with PAM and preheat the oven to 350 (degrees F). Shovel the Mac & Cheese into the dish and flatten/level it out. Pour some tomato sauce on top and add cheese and whatever leftovers you have - a cut up meatball, some mushrooms, bacon, olives, half a pork chop, etc. Heat it up in the oven for about 15 minutes or so, until the cheese has melted and the toppings are sizzling. Serve hot.

Pretty tasty and very filling. Each "slice" weighs like a half-pound. Go on, give it a try.

Ed, with all due respect, I think I know how you came up with this in college. 🤣

Hey, it was the late 1970's/early 1980's, so it's a wonder I remember anything at all from that time period!

Not for kids, but recipes for adults from Cheesecake Factory. Personally I love their jambalaya, but I'm too lazy to make it.
