This is actually a cbcs grading question. This was graded as a 9.8 but there is something going on at the bottom right corner. Is that a stain? |

| well grading is based on opinion and if they say its a 9.8 then its a 9.8 There are guidelines but its all really subjective |

| @Studley_Dudley Could be a printing defect. Sent seller a message. I will report back if I get a response. This is the first cbcs graded comic that I have come across with a fishy grade. |

| These findings, which are not uncommon, drive me up a wall. I am so tired of hearing the "well it's subjective" or "buy the book; not the grade" excuses. I'd actually rather hear errors happen. I can live with errors because they're made everywhere and in every business. That said, there is a responsibility level with any company; any company - to provide the expected services that we pay them for. And pay good money for. We shouldn't have to make an excuse that it's subjective so often; and we shouldn't have to make an excuse of buy the book not the grade. That's exactly what I'm putting my $$$ out for - so that I don't have to make my own assessment. Grading expert are doing that. If there's a X% fallout due to mistakes - fine. Get to root cause and put in an improvement plan. But no more excuses that we just push aside as "well ............". I've gotten the "light bends" nonsense that you can't even see without a Hubbel telescope; and this booger in the corner is "ok because it's a manufacturing defect". Oy vay. No - I don't think so. |

I'd like to see one person stand up in here and say... yep... I'd buy that at a 9.8 price. Aint happening. And it aint happening because we all know deep down in our gut it's not that. |
