Well mine is December 7, 2019. That's discouraging to see an August 2019 date.

I just got back into billing so I think my stuff was pressed after all. The upcharge was a lot though; they might have gone through so quickly because they moved up to quickstream. I emailed customer service to see if they can clarify.

Add-on to be specific: if they got put into quickstream, pressing is supposed to be 3-4 weeks according to the website (of course, it doesn't have proper TATs for basic pressing tiers, so....). I had fast press on the order because I was expecting months, but maybe they cranked them through in 2 weeks. I wasn't expecting anything more than consumer if I got upgraded so maybe I have some baller grades headed my way?

Pressing:
Submission Jan 15: 12 books shipped it Dec 23 to CBCS Canada

says Processing/Received but actual invoice only says "Submitted"

too scared to try the pay balance button...don't want to get charged in USD when the order is in CAD...like a 30% to 40% difference!!!

Keep hoping for CBCS Canada to re-open so I can send more in...also for the magazine size (later this year??)

I'll know in a week and half if I've come into some $$ with the plan to slab a whole bunch in the aim to sell off most of my collection (8.5k +?) and concentrate on a few keys here and there. No hurry but that is the goal once my life settles down a bit

Nothing very important or exciting. I just figured I would test out the pressing waters by sending in 5 ASMs - 1 SA, 3 BA, and 1 CA and see if there was any improvement over my estimated pre-press grades. They should be getting closer to the front anyway.

Almost 8 months to the day so far for you....I've got a long way to go. Hopefully the TATs improve soon.

@SteveRicketts Thanks Steve. Billing-wise it pretty much had to be, but it would be nice if it were more obvious.

Im considering sending books to get pressed with fast pass but seeing as some people have been waiting over a year.. this scares me. Am i better off getting my books pressed locally and than submit for grading?

@kelledon Coupons get written on the invoice. So after you make your order and print the copy to go in the box, write any codes or membership coupons or whatever on the print-out. They have yet to find a way to put coupons in the web form.

The address is all over the website and at the top of the invoice; it's the McEwen Road one in Dallas.

Just got my shipping email. So with fast press (but no fast pass on the grading), I had received on 5-5, into grading on 5-21, and out the door on 6-1.

Can someone help me out here? Take a look at this invoice, it just updated this morning so I was excited to see that my books (which have been sitting at CBCS since September of last year) got some progress. Excited, and then quickly confused and angry. The Bartman vs Radioactive Man Ashcan is now categorized as "2-Day Modern"...I NEVER ASKED FOR 2-DAY SERVICE ON THIS BOOK. Not to mention, the price for grading/slabbing is now $40 and the Fast Press is now $50?!?!? WTF?!? I would NEVER have paid that much for either!! Why the sudden upgrade/forced upsell, CBCS? I waited patiently for these books to get done, and this is what I get for waiting? Now I have to pay 54 extra freaking dollars for a service I never asked for?! Goodbye CBCS!

Why isn't that pointed out or reflected in the cost when you initially create the invoice? There's no way I would have paid that much if I knew that was the price! For the whole time they've been sitting there, it was $18 for grading/slabbing, $18 for fast press. To me, that was fair (even if the pressing is a little pricey).
