| Can't remember...was that Pressing20 promo 20% off and fast press?? Cause.....my October order just sent an e-mail saying they moved to the pressing floor but my August order is still waiting - lol!! Did I just jump myself?? Also..anyone know where they are with pressing? - like I say - Aug 29th nothing but Oct 15 in pressing! |

| @KatKomics Orders are staged by date received. Your later one did not jump line. We did a system update several weeks ago that is sending out more emails with status updates, notably for pressing and labels (though there may be others). The email sends on a status trigger. An order in house already waiting at that stage when the update rolled out didn't send an email because the trigger already happened. This may be what's happening with your order. You were updated on one and not the other. |

| @Jesse_O Yeah, they added a few more email updates. I'll try to get a complete list, but as far as I know right now, you're updated when books are received, after pressing is complete and they go to the grading room, when they go to labels, when they go to heat seal, when they go to shipping, and when they ship. There may be an additional one like after they finish in VSP, but I'm not sure about that one. I like that they added a few extra so people know where their order is. |

@GAC same here...  Thinking I'll have the books in hand in anther week or so and then have to deal with customer service to see the grades and photos...at whatever it was $6?? a pop I would like to see them! |

| Hmmmmm....I think it's been 1 month in status 'Ship to Canada'. Anyone know what the time line is on 'Ship to Canada'? I would have expected about a week from that status that it would actually ship to Canada....say 2 weeks in transit? a week to unpack etc in Canada and then ship back to us using our carrier of choice (CANPAR or FedEx) so another week or so in transit?? I mean..I still think I'm at least a week away from actually realistically having books in hand...but grades and photos have not been released yet. Don't mind about the grades (happy for blind unboxing!) but I paid for photos of the graded books and would love to see those!!! |

| @poka nahhh....Canada Post is pretty good. If there are taxes or duties or if you need to be over 18 to receive the item (marijuana/hash etc. is legal in Canada and you can have it delivered by mail!!) they just make you come to the local Canada Post outlet and pay or show ID or whatever..no big deal. Mail and duties is a hit and miss thing to boot! when coming over by car if you have say $200 or less you will almost never be pulled over to pay duties....mail I swear is a lottery! I've had no duties on well over $200 but also had to pay duties on like $75!!! I'm sure there is a method but if feels like it's just your luck if your package gets checked! |
