| New update, we're currently pressing mid-Jaunary orders and expect to have all January orders completed by next Monday (10/5). Fast Pass and expedited tiers are currently on-time with slow tier fast pass orders at about 7-8 weeks. Slow tier orders (Modern, Expanded, and Consumer tiers) received today have an expected PRESSING turnaround of about 12-13 weeks. I'll try to give updates every Monday going forward. I'm trying to get updates coordinated via our other outlets asap. |

| I'm curious what changes have been made that are leading to expected TATs of 13 weeks for new submissions? Or is it just that CBCS Pressing is caught up from being slowed down from the Texas move? Because 13 weeks, I can certainly live with. It's said "10-12 weeks" on the website for as long as I can remember. | ||

| Got an email that my order received on 9-3 has 'moved into the pressing area'. I guess that means they still have however long it takes for the actual pressing, plus maybe a wait for books that are already there? An update is an update, I suppose. | ||

| I tried pressing for two books for the first time in February this year. I check here for status updates and am discouraged to see orders newer than mine moving and nothing about my order. I didn't choose fast pass so I'm guessing I am bottom barrel priority? |

| Also I forgot to mention until @bigbill asked about the status...The IT department has added additional triggers to status changes. Meaning, you will start getting an email between pressing and grading. They added a few more but I'm not sure where they are. I think one is after it gets slabbed, but I might be wrong. Either way, I know there are more emails for additional status updates. |

| @SteveRicketts or @Darryl_H Could one of you please check into invoice 20-2D6E395 and let me know the status? It is a 15 book order submitted under the VINTAGE2020 promo for which I paid for Fast Pass pressing. I was notified that the order was received by CBCS on August 19th. However, my dashboard and the PDF invoice shows that this order is in Billing. I paid via credit card, so don't see any reason for it to be lingering in Billing. I am hopeful that the books are in Pressing (at minimum) and the status was not updated. Otherwise the money spent on the Fast Pass Pressing was wasted on this order. | @GAC if your submission is in billing status, double check by clicking it to see if there is an amount due. If there is, you’ll need to pay it so it moves forward. Also, it could be that there was an anomaly like credit or book error in which case you need to do nothing. But you have been around here much more that me so you probably already know this | ||
