Sorry, I didn’t see that the Florida location was closed as of a week ago and will resume after the move to Texas.

I wonder if this means the Clearwater office will be closing. I gotta say I love the $5 fee to have my books shipped back and forth to Texas. That has saved me a lot of shipping cost. Even though it has added a couple of weeks to my TATs.

If the viagra is working you should be well over a 9.8. | xkonk private msg quote post Address this user
I'm sending in some books to take advantage of the April discount code. Even biting the bullet to get them pressed, but fast pressed so that maybe they'll be a Christmas present to myself. |

don't want to be a downer but moving the process should be like a 1 or 2 week thing max! When we put new pieces of machinery into use you first prep the new space - pour bases, install electricity etc. then it's just a matter of hooking the equipment up and doing some tests. This should be no different - prep new space, disconnect at old location, ship equipment (a few days max), install and test - bing bang boom!!! Now cause of the covid I could see delays in maybe the ship and install portion depending on what extent those service providers have been affected. |

@KatKomics It has been about 3 weeks since the Florida facility closed. Hopefully this isn’t as disastrous as when Grading moved from Florida to Texas |

A friend of mine got a pressed book back yesterday that was submitted August 27. I don’t know if this helps anyone. It did go from 9.6 to 9.8 though.

The move is coming along without many issues. We hope to have testing and trial runs starting on Friday and with luck we can hopefully start pressing books again next week. This has been an extremely exhausting move, but we're starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I'm very excited and optimistic about the benefits we will have going forward. I appreciate everyone's patience and expect the turnaround to improve going forward. I know it won't happen overnight, but we have a plan and we'll make it happen. |

We actually got started a little sooner than expected. We started on live orders yesterday afternoon and all day today. We still have a few kinks to work out before we're rolling at 110%, but pressing is moving again. I'm very optimistic about how well we've started out and expect us to now start chipping away at our backlog. Thanks again for the support! |

We certainly are off and running. Give me a few weeks to get a sample on our volume before I start making any predictions. I think we can certainly get it under control now. I'm very optimistic about how this is going so far.

My order is in grading already, so I think they got press screened early and nothing is getting pressed. But I won't know for sure until I get billed (or not).

@teacha777 My received email was on the 5th. I did use fast press but there's no way my order should have gotten through this quickly with the backlog we know they have. Or put another way, I would feel bad if they've been pressed and other folks are still waiting for books from last year.
