It's pretty rare to see a cover with this much pink. I like red covers better, but it looks good to me.![]() |

| Loving that Byrne, Claremont, Austin run. It's amazing how they went from reprints and on the verge of being cancelled to the number 1 comic. To sounds like an old man, now they'd have rebooted six times and you'd have shown us at least 6 numbers 1 issues. Now get off my lawn! <shakes fist> |

| This is such an awesome accomplishment. I wish the latest Xmen incarnation was as good as these older runs. I may be in the minority, but I have not been impressed with Hickman's run. | ||

| At least 141 and 142. Then a smattering of whatever you want. My honeypot of X-Men would be about 205-281. The JR Jr, Silvestri, Lee era was when X-Men came onto my radar. | ||

| My vote is to keep going. I’m loving seeing these covers. I got i to them right about 143, and unfortunately missed the Phoenix saga in real time. This might be blasphemy, but I noticed Claremont definitely borrowed his ideas from other sources. Brood first Alien, etc... And those mid 80s costumes are a little tough to look at it, but it’s a great blast from the past! |

Funny thing is I liked Hickmans run on Avengers, but he seems to recycle some key points: teleportation, character wearing a helmet all the time, some kind of garden, very cosmic in scale, etc... I’ll give it a year, but I’m a little disappointed. |
