My vote is to keep going.

I’m loving seeing these covers.

I got i to them right about 143, and unfortunately missed the Phoenix saga in real time.

This might be blasphemy, but I noticed Claremont definitely borrowed his ideas from other sources. Brood first Alien, etc...

And those mid 80s costumes are a little tough to look at it, but it’s a great blast from the past!

You are not alone!

I’ve been trying to give it some time, but I’m just not moved by it.

I truly think the continuity was just too much for any writer.

Funny thing is I liked Hickmans run on Avengers, but he seems to recycle some key points: teleportation, character wearing a helmet all the time, some kind of garden, very cosmic in scale, etc...

I’ll give it a year, but I’m a little disappointed.

@DrWatson - A year or two ago, I put all my raw X-Men up to issue #150 into Mylites 2 with Fullbacks. I'm going to have to order another 150+ if I want to re-bag the rest.

Don't believe the cover (like why does Phoenix look so young?), but Professor X's brain gets turned into toaster strudel.
