@EbayMafia that was the plan, at least for some of it.

Actually, 9.2s are the sweet spot in collecting. They are nice enough to be really nice, but with a price that makes them affordable. I'll take just about any 9.2 Silver Age X-Men book that presents well. An added bonus is that the defect making them a 9.2 is usually pressable.

Agreed. 9.2s fly under the radar for many....I'm happy to pick up 9.2s for the right books.

Thanks. Who dat?
@EbayMafia - not a who, but a what. One of the most powerful known Force abilities in existence, Force storm was capable of violently destroying the fabric of the space-time continuum by opening dimension-altering rifts in the universe. The power allowed a Force-user to generate unique hyperspace wormholes, violent blue vortices of Force energy known as Force storms, anywhere from less than one hundred meters to over one kilometer in diameter. Force storms could devastate the surfaces of entire planets and consume whole fleets of starships. Storms could also safely transport living beings across the galaxy in a short span of time and, if used in conjunction with certain artifacts, could send a being forward in time.

I think you guys are agreeing with me. They're great to buy, not so great to get back in your slab shipment.

Well, not exactly. All this grade stuff is psychological. A 9.2 could be a 9.0 or a 9.4 on any given day. If you like the book, you like the book. It shouldn't matter the assigned grade... within reason.

Agreed. Its a sweet cover that you like and isn't necessarily the grade desired. That sounds like wall art or display wherever the hell you would like. Books like these are cool, look at it, if it gets damaged somehow while doing so oh well.

Mail call!

Pretty happy with these Savage She-Hulk's. Did not do any pressing on these. Looking forward to the MCU series!

I love this cover. I suspect this book was graded by the Steve himself!

One of the greatest covers in all of comics.

A few more...

Let me know by DM if you want to trade for any of these.

The Raw Grade books that came back with my shipment on Friday. Nothing too exciting, but I think these were appropriate books to choose for Raw Grade and save the money since they are pre-1975:

I received these two comics on Monday. Thanks to Steve Ricketts and company for the cleaning and Fast Pressing! Obviously, I'm very happy with the results, given that I estimated significantly lower grades for the raw copies I submitted. I also posted these in the Doctor Strange #1 cover art thread for obvious reasons.

Honestly I wasn't expecting a 4.0 for that book, I thought the highest it would get was a 2.5 or a 3.0.

Not bad for the first appearance of "Thor"

Looks like Thor was part God, part Caveman.

I always get a kick out of the little person covering Batman's eyes on the cover of 186.

You know what makes that statement so hilarious? I was thinking the same thing once I realized his "hammer-head" seemed to be made from a rock!

Sent these in at the end of March for the signing event. They actually got signed on my Bday.
I’m a huge fan of Bisley and it was pretty hard to narrow it down to just 2. I have a bunch personally signed Bisley books but these are my first witnessed books.

I submitted these on 10/24 and received HOS 92 11/22 and rest yesterday, 12/5. If it’s of any interest, I can provide the TAT breakdown. CBCS did a great job and I am glad to have these back!
