| Since some of you wanted to see the treasury-sized comics that I just got back from CBCS using their Raw Grade service, I decided to start a new thread/topic. Anyone can post here, so please join in. Just make sure it's big, because SIZE matters on this thread. LOL | ||

| Might as well start with the very first official Treasury Edition from 1972. Bought this when I was 12, so I am pretty happy with the 7.0 Raw Grade. Overstreet lists this issue as Scarce. NOTE: Even though I am using a large format scanner, the entire book does not fit, so you can't see the whole cover. | ||

| This next issue is also consider Scarce and doesn't turn up too often. Again I am happy with the 8.0 Raw Grade. | ||

| This one received about what I expected for a grade, 8.0. It's the first DC/Marvel cross-over.  | ||

| I also have a second copy of the above book that I picked up at a different newsstand (no date stamp). I knew it had a sun shadow and might grade lower, but I really have no idea why a 4.5. Something I now know about Raw Grade - you don't get any grader's notes. | ||

| To be totally honest, I really wasn't sure what to expect for grades on the Treasuries, especially what's a high grade Treasury? You are talking about a giant-sized comic with thin cardboard covers. Many of them were already damaged when I bought them just by kids picking them up and flipping through them. I was hoping a few would come back 9.0 or better. | ||

| I knew this one looked real good, so I was very happy it received a 9.2. | ||

| And last, but not least, no 9.4 - but a 9.6! Really amazing when I think about how many times I moved my comic boxes from room to room and even house to house. Too bad CBCS didn't image this, because I think there can't be too many nicer copies out there (but you never know). | ||
