I also purchased a bar code scanner and now when I buy new books I simply scan the bar code and the program updates everything.

I also use Collection Drawers from a company out of Denver. No matter what box a book may be in, I can access it by sliding out the box. It really helped me get organized. In 50 years of collecting, this is the first time I am fully organized and know where everything is at and what I have!

YEP YEP! I too have comicbase and have used it for the better part of a decade. I have exactli 16610 books as of last Wed. LOL It is not a cheap program but It is truly worth every penny and then some. I have organized my books, (with the free labor of my niece, Thanks Dasia lol) I have only graded about 3 doz books with CBCS. CBCS was a welcomed service, I mean with the strangle hold CGC had. Anyhow, I digress. 16610 is my total 70% marvel 30% all else lol

I have been collecting since 1982. I took a break through the 90's while getting married and having kids. Got back into it around 2005. Currently have about 4000 comic books.

I have 3 long boxes of high grade bronze age and some silver age books that I have purchased at comic shows and stores over the years. Most of it is superhero books. The rest of the books I bought off the rack and a few collections over the years. I have sold a lot at shows over the years. At one time, I had over 7000 books.
