| Hey guys! Can you help me out on a grade estimate for this book. Here is what the seller has to say: "The major issue with the condition of this comic is that there is a 1/4" tear on the bottom of the back page and the are very mild creases on the spine. The inside pages are white/off white. Other than that, the color is sharp, the edges are sharp, and the comic is complete."   |

| Because of the tear (and just from what I can tell from the photos), I'd say no higher than 7.0, hopefully no lower than 6.0 But I'm kinda rusty, so... |

| Automatically a 7.0 because of the tear, the other stuff can be pressed out, can't tell if there's any color breaking on the spine though...assuming there is so 6.0 at best | ||

| If the tear was all that is wrong with the book, you could possibly pull an 8.0. Any color breaks along the spine will drop it down another .5 to 1.0 points. I have seen worse tears on books that graded better than an 8.0. | ||

| You can get a 9.2 max at CGC with a 1/4 tear. That one would most likely get an 8.0/8.5. | ||
