So this is a bit of a convoluted question, but I am considering having some books signed at the NY convention, but I am not completely sure how convention submissions work.

If I use two different facilitator/AWs for the convention, can I use one CBCS order? It seems like that wouldn't be a problem because the AWs drop the books off at the CBCS booth right? So as long as a copy of my paperwork is included with each book submitted, it shouldn't matter if different facilitators drop off different books, or am I completely misunderstanding the submission process at a con?
