So I received the comic below as a gift. It's an original art cover but I can't make out who the artist is (having trouble deciphering the signature). Anyone have any ideas? And if I send in to CBCS for VSP, do I have to know who it is ahead of time or is that something they can help me figure out? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!  |
