Not a Perez cover but definitely one of my favorite pages from the past few years:

I thought about using this one for the contest, but decided to just try something completely different this week.

I’ve always loved this 3 page foldout cover George Perez did for Wonder Woman 10!

Have to admit I’m surprised by the results of last weeks contest. I have a fairly complete run of the original Swamp Thing series. Just never thought of #9 as a cover that was better than the rest. Lots of really good covers in that series.

Modern books don't seem to do well in general but here's a throwback

I was initially looking for a Frazerra cover but couldn't find a comic cover with a flying beast.

Never accidentally voted early but came close with the Mary Marvel 5. I can’t imagine a better cover for this week’s contest.

@esaravo Yes!! But I don't think that was on a comic cover. Great find Ed!!

@GAC - It was painted by Frazetta around 1980 and called The Mothman. It was used on the cover of High Times magazine #57 in 1980, and also by the 1991 edition of the paperback novel “The Mothman Prophecies.” It’s amazing and would look great on a comic cover!

@esaravo It's beautiful! Frazetta was incapable of anything less than spectacular! There was a time when his fantasy-style art was looked down upon.....art snobbery. Pretty sure that attitude has changed.

I love how we're asked for controlled fires used for warmth and comfort and what we get is a bunch of people going up in flames! I take full responsibility for my own entry...

@Byrdibyrd I think your cover is pretty spot on, could be a winner even. I love that cover...using artwork to allude to, to make a general reference to an untold story without going into detail. Brilliant. It's one of those simple covers that stimulates the imagination. Is that your book? I have a lower grade raw copy.

It is a great cover! That WAS my book. I sold it a while back because of money issues and I knew that would get me some $$$. I regret it, but sometimes we just have to do the tough thing.
