@Dshel61 I tried to find my Punk Mambo cat cover and couldn't find it, so I posted the Teen Titans one. Then today, I tried to find it again and found it right away!! I didn't realize it was a Valiant cover theme. Honestly, I do not even know whose variant this is!! I just found it on eBay. I love Punk Mambo and I hope they do more with her. |

| I have a hard time trying to come up with a theme for the cover contest. Although I feel it is an honor to win, I’d rather not. When looking through my books to come up for an idea for this weeks contest, this is the one that gave me the “Alone but not Alone” theme. I love this classic cover and thought it was to good. As I continued through I found the Groo issue and it reminds me of meeting Sergio Aragones & the others at a convention with my daughter. I am really surprised that nobody entered Marvel 6 Variant. I would have but I do not have one in a CBCS encasement. Yes, I know it doesn't have to be from my collection, but that is how I roll. I wish I did have one though. Love this cover! |
