| I bought some beers for the first time in a while, yesterday. Finished a 4-pack of Blood Orange Honey. Have a 4-pack of Blueberry Cream in the fridge at home. I've been drinking Laphroaig Quarter Cask every Friday (COD regiment night) for a few months, but they raised the price $15/bottle a week or two ago, so I might move to a different staple. I have a half bottle of that left for tonight, but I also have a bottle of Balvenie Caribbean Cask. |

| As a departure from Whiskey drinks, I'm really enjoying these Fruit flavored Bud Light beers. The 12 pack comes in Lemon, Orange and Lime, and they are dirt cheap compared to micro-brews. Fairly low in alcohol they work pretty well for a daytime drink or for extended hours of drinking. The coozie is from the Mansfield correctional institution where a lot of Shawshank Redemption was shot. Pre Covid days they had festivals there. I went to Ink at the Clink a few years back and you get to tour the grounds as well. I have so many pics and you can pick me out in the crowd in the pic they posted to their website after it was over. |
