@Pre_Coder - It's kind of a hot day for a fish fry, so my wife made macaroni salad and I made lobster salad. Throw in some calamari (bought that heat and serve), corn, and a beer. Not my first choice for the beer, but the circuit breaker was popped on my little beer fridge, so I had to make do. |

| In the pre-kids days we would go on vacation to Cabo San Lucas. My favorite breakfast place served a Bloody Maria/Michelada. Simple to make at home: 1 can of light beer, 1/2 oz Jose Cuervo, 2 oz of any spicy bloody mary mix. Pretty easy way to turn a $1 can of Bud Light into a $7 bar drink. | ||

 Beer of the evening. I have enjoyed it. It’s basically an IPA with a hint of fruit flavor. I used to be against these types of beverages, but I have come around and I am enjoying it. I’m pretty sure this Adult Beverage can be purchased at just about any store that carries New Belgium products. Probably My fav from them. |

Celebrating my weekly escape from that pesky 60 hour workweek with a shot of Crown Royal and a Modelo Negra chaser. When just drinking beer I usually reach for something a little heavier, like a stout or porter, but I really like the way the Modelo Negra goes with the Crown. As a chaser it can’t be beat! |
