One of my favorite beers from ‘21st Amendment’. More of a Summer beer, since it’s smooth & crisp. But still tasty. Plus, 7% ABV. |

My favorite band paired with the Belching Beaver brewery & this is their 3rd release after ‘Swerve City’ & ‘Phantom Bride’. Not bad at all. Especially for an IPA. |

Having a Guinness. Next door to a comic shop. Thought they opened up at 12.00 but they open up at 1.00 so a little liquid lunch. |

I don't know if this has been mentioned yet but I was introduced to it on Halloween. Tastes like Peanut Butter and it will warm you up in a hurry. I"ve only sipped it so far. Can't really think of what to mix it with though except maybe a banana milkshake or something. Not drinking it at the moment as it's only 3:00 here. |

Oh I do. Though I got spoiled drinking guinness in Dublin. The guinness there is smooth as. Anyway only had a coffee for breakfast then one beer at lunch with no food means when I walk into a comic shop straight away I tend to walk out with weird stuff like a copy of bunny ect.

The mention of Rye Whiskey caught my attention a couple months ago and when I found some at Costco I couldn't help but investigate. I definitely like it better than Bourbon Whiskey for sipping straight with a beer chaser. It has a clean, dry finish...doesn't linger very long. The Sazerac came from Costco, the others pictured were recommended by the Hipsters working at Bevmo. They feel that the Sazerac is too pedestrian, but I like it best. It tastes smoothest to me, probably because it's 40 proof while the others from Bevmo are 45-50 proof. But Rye is definitely my new favorite type of Whiskey. |

@HeinzDad 105 proof Schnapps? Sounds like teen pregnancy in a bottle. But since it's too late for that, Thanksgiving will have to do. How's the taste?

It's been 14 days since this post so I can admit that these bottles are pretty much gone. The only ones I would buy again are the Sazerac and maybe the Rittenhouse depending on the price. The other two I found difficult to drink neat and typically added a dash of Bitters to make them more palatable. |

Finished visiting with the fam and it’s time to kick back with a cold one! I am pretty excited about this. It’s something new that my wife discovered at the store and picked up for me. Can’t wait to try it! |
