| As many times as I have submitted to CBCS, I have never checked when I actually get charged. Is it shortly thereafter when I click "Submit books" electronically or is it when the comic books are received by CBCS and actually entered into the database? Any help would be appreciated. |

| Yes. Unless they are prescreened, then it will be in the beginning (shipping and any non prescreened) and at the end for all prescreened copies. | ||
