 I had no way of knowing that 9.8 graded copies signed by Adam Hughes weren't what you were looking for.

| So in the last few months I have had two listings removed by eBay for violating their policies regarding nudity / adult comment. Both books were slabbed. They were listed under collectible comics (independent publisher) in the copper age and modern categories. One book was a high grade second print of a Cherry Poptart book. The other book was a Big Dog or Zenescope variant with topless women on the cover (I covered those parts with stickers). My question is what category (if any) can I use to re-list these books without violating eBay's terms? |

| So let me get this straight. They (ebay) have employees searching every comic book listing for “naughty” covers, and they remove those listings even if the “naughty” parts are covered up? But they take days to remove an auction for a misleading reprint copy of ASM #129, seemingly do nothing for hundreds of other reprints/facsimile editions being sold with vague or deceptive descriptions, and allow auctioneers to cancel any auction along with all legitimate bids on comics as long as it’s 24-hours before the auction ends. That sound about right? | ||

| @esaravo Cherry Poptart is x-rated so I get that one. The other listings only had the topless cover (stickers over the boobs). |

| @drchaos They have a nudity policy. Among other things it covers sexually explicit comics and where they have to be listed. Also, the policy covers nudity and defines it. It looks like they thought your listing broke their rules and they removed it. |

| I think some posters here are really underestimating the consequences of facilitating the delivery of adult content to minors. If Ebay is not careful they would be prosecuted by the unlimited resources of the Federal Government...as they should be. I hope I am not the only prude on the forum who thinks my kids should be able to go on a commonly used website like Ebay without accidentally (or purposely) running into adult content? | ||

| Oh I agree, covering breasts with tape (potential adult content to minors) is far far far more serious than a gratuitous axe wielding cover decapitating a head with blood spurting out (no potential adult content to minors). Feds have their heads on straight as to what is important for sure |
