@Siggy from my main supplier back in the day via Diamond from DF. Seriously not happy with DF as it cost £100 all those years ago but what can you do. I've read on the boards that Roz did a lot of his signings latter on as his health deteriorated and its a shame there's nothing that Beckett and CBCS can or will do about it  |

| ouch bad news, sorry to hear. I had guessed this would be the case, as it seems like those Dynamic forces books signed by Kirby never seem to pass, sadly. I am guessing part of the mark down in grade derives from the signature not passing and therefor being considered just writing on the cover.I would think they should offer an option to verify if it was signed by Roz in place of Jack but I am sure there are some arguments against doing so, that I haven't though of yet | ||

| I have seen a dynamic forces copy signed by Kirby that passed verification yes, because they later had Stan Lee sign it and got it into a verified label by having STAN'S signature verified, but the Kirby did not ever pass. I have yet to see any copy of that book, sold by Dynamic Forces, verified for a Kirby signature. Did you have a link or recall the one you saw and what thread by chance? Love to get a screenshot of the signature that passed in that case. Again sorry that happened to you, but I had pretty much guessed it was coming. I wish that Dynamic forces had done better verifying that they were signed as stated. |

| @Darkseid_of_town Well hit me over the head with a shillelagh and call me a Leprechaun I've searched for hours trying to find that graded DF Kirby sig that I thought that I saw and nope I must have misread or imagined it as they do not appear to exist. Plenty of graded Stan Lee with Kirby but Kirby sig not authenticated just Lee. Also plenty of the same book sold on ebay with DF coa but raw not slabbed. Here is a part of an interesting thread I found on the Autograph Live web site clickable text “As only some people are aware, Roz actually was the person who signed the nearly 2,500 signatures on the X-Men Marvel Milestone Edition comics from 2001 that came certified as legitimate from otherwise reputable Dynamic Forces. Roz signed for most of Jack's later years in-the-mail signature requests, and obviously Dynamic Forces acquired the Kirby signatures through the mail because they definitely were never witnessed. Jack had horrible arthritis in his hands over his last years and had a hard enough time signing 30 or so items for me in the comfort of his Thousand Oaks home over a 3 hour span back in the summer of 1989.". I've emailed DF and wait with abated breath to hear what they have to say  |

| If they are still in business and operational I would be asking for a refund based on the well established fact none of their Kirby signatures appear to be legitimate and it was sold to you as such. I would demand a full refund immediately and perhaps publicly admitting they are aware of the issue and will be accepting refund requests for the books. 2500 comics x 100 pounds is a lot of money but its their mistake and they went ahead and sold the books despite not knowing if they were legitimately signed. |

| I should have my second book in hand soon and be submitting both for verification soon if you are interested, but they are both Viking heroes books from late in Kirby's career, and until verified hard to know for sure. | ||

  There are things I like and things I dont like about both of these signatures...but they are both on the first page, not the cover, which is at least closer to what you would expect from Kirby |
