| Nice! My only question is where was this advertised? I don't understand why they keep dropping the ball. This should be in every person's email that has joined CBCS. It's just like that survey they sent out. I did the survey and never received the discount for completing it. Oh well, I give them a C+ for effort. | ||

| I received in an emsil. My assumption is that it would be on Facebook. (I do not do social media) In the past. Emails of promos slowly trickled to a lot of folks. |

| @Gamecube2482 Yes. It states HANDWRITTEN. no idea why that is do important but they say that on all promos. To read for yourself. 2nd image immediately following the blue cbcs email address. |

| @OGJackster I can definitely see why you would be annoyed. I dont do social media or check their website daily. If not for the emails and kindness of the forum sharing information, I would imagine I would have missed a promo or 2. While this may not be a viable solution, perhaps an email requesting to be added to their newsletter emails? Aside from that, I have no idea what else to say or suggest.... |

| Didn’t get this one. Sometimes they’re in my in-box, sometimes they’re in my junk folder, & sometimes get nothing. CBCS reps have told me it’s an issue with Hotmail. But I get order updates & message board notifications fine. |

| I got an email today. I use gmail which categorizes emails by primary, social and promotions. This email is listed under my promotions tab. I'm assuming this can't be combined with the $25 off coupon CBCS sent earlier this year for all submissions received by 12-31-19. | ||

| I don't like receiving unsolicited emails. I don't believe in a "push" system of marketing. The site should have an RSS feed for all promo specials and let people subscribe to the RSS feed. That way I can have my email program (Thunderbird) check the feed and grab all the updates like an email. The difference is, I can unsubscribe or re-subscribe as the whim entertains me. That way only the customers that are interested will get the announcements. I typically don't even read CBCS emails. Instant delete. An ad isn't going to "sell" me on anything. |
