Absolutely! Marty is a board personality, both boards for that matter, and I am sure there are many who would pay at least a slight premium for a genuine "Marty Mann Collection" book.

@martymann I’ve reread books that I got as a kid and it can be really fun. There were references and concepts in the text that went way over my head as a kid. Re-reading them now is always a joy.

@Badger I don’t see why CBCS couldn’t notate on the label “From the private collection of Marty Mann” like they do for the Mr Magik Woo collection. It’s not considered a Pedigree but still gets recognition on the label.

They have offered to do this for me but it would have to be a

Is that the same for a pedigree? Seems like your collection should easily qualify. At the very least CBCS should make this treasure a sticky. You could edit out any dead weight (my posts for example) and have one of the greatest historical collection hightlighted on the web!!! Clean out some of the older stickys and Move Marty into the Mix!!!!

This was always the best time of the year to go downtown to
W.T. GRANTS...they would have two racks of comics instead of

This early 1944 PLASTIC MAN, NN(#2) is one of many in my collection
that I bought at a newsroom that marked the cover with a N or E for
some reason. I only noticed it a few years back when I read about
the date markings made by distributors and/or sellers.
This issue also contains a message inside the back cover about wartime conditions and the Wartime Production Board.
