| Apparently, there is a new character introduced in this upcoming issue. The virgin "Carnage-ized" variant is already selling for ~$30 and the regular cover isn't far behind. So, maybe get to your LCS on Wednesday morning, or call 'em tomorrow, put it on your pull list. Thoughts? There seems to have been a LOT of "gotta have it" comics lately. This, Walking Dead, TMNT, Marvel Comics Presents, Immortal Hulk, Canto, Die, Naomi ... is this a new trend? With legs? Or will people get burned out on it? |

| At least it's content and not a ridiculous number of variant covers. The new characters scenario has future implications that could result in a nice net profit for these new books. | ||

| Today I went outside of my usual range of stores on a quest to obtain TMNT 51 & 52. I ended up with one copy of each. I also got two copies of Walking Dead # 193 Second Print from a store that put it out on the shelves this week by accident. I thought it was the first print and tried to take all eight copies before I was told the limit was two. I got one Captain Marvel Retailer Incentive (first store at 9AM), two carnagized covers (first store at 9AM and second store at 10AM), and 6 or 7 copies of the regular cover. Last store I saw the regular cover at was around 11:20AM. I hit a total of roughly ten stores between 9AM and 6PM today and got all kinds of cool stuff. The last store I went to is closing in two weeks and had all back issues half off cover. Of the $60 I spent there about half was on Walking Dead 100 Chromium, Ottley, and McFarlane covers. I spent about $350 at one store I visited the first time and got a bunch of cool variants plus some wall books (Immortal Hulk 16 wraparound, Rai 0, etc.). |

| Apparently, they did the same thing here as Immortal Hulk #20. There's a "bloody" variant of cover A...or, I guess it's carnage goo. That's what my LCS pulled for me when I called last night to get one put in my pull box. Also, at the moment the 1:25 is on unknown for $75. | On line for a Midtown signing. Hit four stores in NYC and got a carnagized Captain Marvel 8 at cover, two copies of TWD 193 for $10 each, copy of the Walt Simonson variant of Yosagi Yojimboo 1 for $20, and a TMNT 52 for $4.50. |
