Hi CBCS, Iβm rooting for you guys to really succeed and catch up to CGC. As much as I am loyal to them, I donβt think having a near-monopoly in the hobby is healthy for anyone, especially us collectors. I will give you guys another shot and send in a few books. Fingers crossed your t.a.t. has improved.

I just sent in 11 comics yesterday myself. There seems to have been improvement lately with the TATs, so I'm hoping that I find that to be the case. Good luck on your submission! |

I'm a big fan of CBCS but I am not a fan of CBCS. Let's hope they change their ways. I did their survey, got the $25.00 credit email, submitted (36) moderens. How will that affect my "GOLD" membership?

CGC is a freaking pain at Megacon, but the CBCS group has been great. Their bag system sucks, I don't like having to haul around this random pile of comics. Also, the witnesses refused to stick with me yesterday and at one point suggested I just walk my signed comic to the "next spot" and text the dude when I got there. He'd come witness the 2nd sig. I was like...dude, but you wouldn't be here for the first sig. Just left me and said Oh well. Seems their waiting with people today, but I used my $150 credit and I'm done with CGC.

Quote:Originally Posted by etapi65 I completely agree. CGC has lost sight of customer service and has let its success gone to their heads. The last 3 times I dealt w them they were extremely rude and nonchalant about my questions and concerns. Side note, how else do I go about getting the $25 survey voucher? I checked my email and spam, nothing. I definitely did the survey |

If the viagra is working you should be well over a 9.8. | xkonk private msg quote post Address this user
I was at East Coast comic con today and had a mixed experience with CBCS, which I think is unfortunately par for the course. I went by several times but there was never someone around to witness, so I ended up getting a book signed and didn't send it in. If I decide to in the future, I guess I'm paying the extra for Verified. But, when I went to the table later to send other books in, everything went very smoothly and I had a nice chat with Steve (missed the last name, but not Pancakes). If they couldn't keep witnesses at the table on Friday, I feel bad for folks the rest of the weekend.

Was there any employee there? If so you could have dropped your book off and they would get it signed and shipped. At least they used to do that so that you weren't waiting around for them. |

Quote:Originally Posted by MarcJ They were, but the lack of people is the problem. There was someone there helping someone else with an order and he said to come back after I checked out the line, then he would give me a number to call when it was actual witness time. If I could drop books to get signed I would definitely do that. |
