| This is so screwed up. 1. Send a survey with open ended questions which is going to the difficult getting a useful result from 2. Should be pretty obvious reasons why some people have stopped submitting - TAT - that simple 3. Then offend existing customers who have stood by and continued to submitting even when TAT sucks. I am still short of a book from June last year which is somewhere in a box somewhere on beckett’s premises together with a lot of this facilitator’s books - but which got misplaced during the move. Btw - this is the second offer CBCS has provided within one month to people who have not submitted in a while |

I did a search through my email (including my trash folder) for "CBCS", "ASM", and Amazing Spider-man" and only had replies to forum posts that I'm watching. Found it - oh well...only available on submissions till end of March and I just sent in on Feb 17  Not like 10 bucks is gonna make or break me or encourage me to submit. I basically only submit in person as cost of shipping vs. admission to a convention I usually come out ahead or worst case break even! |

| Just shipped off an order of 20 books to the other guys. Once I receive my CBCS coupon, I have 4 or 5 books that need red labels. I gotta say, I’ve got a few 9.8s from the competitor that I wouldn’t consider 9.8s. When I get a 9.8 from CBCS, I know it’s deserved. That counts for something. |

| Got the survey. Hope they read it. Don’t care about Tat’s. I am patient, but when they showed me they didn’t care about the integrity of their product, I didn’t see any reason to keep using them. I own probably the worst 9.6 in any company’s holder. I showed it to two of the reps when I got it(on site grading) and I expected them to demand I let them regrade it so it could have an accurate grade. Instead they told me I got lucky with the grade and sent me on my way. I can’t even sell it in good conscience because I know it’s actually an 8 or 8.5 | ||
