From what we can tell, this has only affected people with Yahoo or Hotmail accounts. Everyone needs to double check their spam settings, along with the spam folder.
If you have yet to get the $25 voucher, and you haven't emailed us yet, do so soon.

it should be sent to the email that your account is associated with.

In the meantime, I want to make sure that everyone has their emails sorted.

Hotmail

Add the From address you want to receive mailings from to your Hotmail Safe List:

Open your mailbox and click “Options” (upper right-hand corner).
Click the “Junk E-Mail Protection” link.
Select the “Safe List” link.
Copy and paste *@cbcscomics.com into the dialog box titled “Type an address or domain”.
Click the “Add” button next to the dialog box.

You should also check that the mailing's email address is not in your Blocked Senders list. You can find your Blocked Senders list by following the directions above and going to "Blocked Senders List" instead of "Safe List". If you see the mailing's from address on this list, select it and click the Remove button.


Yahoo

Set up a filter to redirect the mailing you want to receive in your inbox:

Open your mailbox and click on "Mail Options" (upper right-hand corner).
Select "Filters" under the Management column.
Click the "Add" button on the Filters page.
In the "From header:" row, make the drop down "contains" and put the mailer's from address username@domain.com in the box.
At the bottom of the page Click the "Choose Folder" pull down menu and select "Inbox".
Click the "Add Filter" button.
If the mailing is in your Yahoo Bulk Folder open the email and click the "Not Spam" button. You should also check that the mailing's email address is not in your "Blocked Addresses" list. You can find your "Blocked Addresses" list by clicking "Mail Options" and then clicking the "Blocked Addresses" link under the Spam column. If you see the mailing's from address on this list, select it and click the "Remove Block" button.

Got my survey today and it was nice to be able to give feedback as a first time customer. Hopefully there are more surveys on the way since I know there are a few people on this forum that were upset they never received a survey with a $25 coupon.

still waiting.. on another note.. I got invoice from Ace Comic Con (Jan 13th weekend) being shipped to me, but my grades haven't been released.. so.. lol.. it will be a surprise for me when they arrive on SAturday.

It has now been over a month since I replied to the email survey. Pathetic. Absolutely pathetic. It’s clear that Steve and Beckett don’t really care about this. How hard is it to email somebody with a voucher code? I keep getting emails from them so my email works.

I was happy I finally even got the survey....but...and sorry to bitch on multiple threads, but that same email address is the same one I've been emailing for about a month regarding a billing concern...so I have no idea what is going on with email
