Ok, forgive my ignorance, but who is the other character (the Iron Man and Thor rolled into one)? Is his first appearance going to be skyrocketing in price now?

It'll be fun. I hope it doesn't suffer from too large a cast like Spidey 3 did

Molten Man and Hydro-Man are interesting bad guy choices. Of course I just sold off my ASM 28 last year. I like the ASM 212 shout out on the boat.

Lots of Easter eggs:

1. The check is signed by Pepper Potts
2. His passport birthday is August 10, same date as AF 15
3. The boat says "ASM 212" which is the 1st apperance of Hydro-Man
4. Audi on the bridge has a tag# of 2865SEP, that is 1st Molten Man

Ben Parker's suitcase was the one that caught my eye.

J.M. DeMatteis posted this on his facebook page earlier today.

"Someone just pointed this out to me over on Twitter. It's a screen capture from the trailer for the new Spider-Man movie, FAR FROM HOME. Peter’s on a class trip to Europe…clearly Venice, here.

Look at the name of the hotel.

What a sweet acknowledgement!"

Trailer was alright, but I wish we could get an older Peter Parker, not a fan of the teenage version. The PS4 Spiderman is perfect, wish they would of went with something like that.

I believe we are looking at one of Dr Strange's tangents from his millions of ways things could have happened from Avengers 3.

In Avengers 3, Peter is on the same bus to go on his summer class field trip. At some point he gets off the bus to go help Tony and end up in space. Well, what if Peter decided he didn't go help Tony and didn't pack his Spider-man suit? This is that other possibility, perhaps.

Another way to look at this is Peter went on his class trip ALREADY and he was actually coming HOME from his Mysterio adventure and is trying to get back to "normal" and then Thanos comes to destroy half the population....

We will wait and see! Molten Man and Hydro Man are definitely in this film without a doubt. They are likely Mysterio's illusions but nevertheless they are still in this movie regardless.

According to what Marvel Studios president Kevin Fege told IGN shortly before Infinity War came out, Spider-Man: Far From Home takes place after Avengers: Endgame.

Feige said that the film will see Peter contending with the aftermath of the events of the third and fourth Avengers movies: "What is it like to try to go back to a normal life after what happens in this movie [Infinity War]? Not to mention what happens in the next [Avengers] movie."

How are they out of order? Endgame April 26, Far from home July 5. Antman and the Wasp was kind of out of order but it's so unrelated to Infinity War that it's really more parallel.

Latest fan theory I read (and the one that made the most sense to me) indicated that the timeline was altered by defeating Thanos in the past and resetting the timeline...so Peter Parker never got off the school bus (which may have been on the way to the airport for this movie) as the Q Ship wasn't there....so it technically takes place right after Avengers: Endgame, but with the altered timeline from Infinity War...

Yeah, I'm betting they use Ant-Man's Quantum Tunnel to go back to the Battle of New York. From there, they know Thanos is behind the attack and that he doesn't yet have the gauntlet. The Avengers would have easy access to three of the stones at one time. So it'd be easy to go up through that portal that the Chitauri made (the same one Stark went to) and defeat Thanos at that point. You could also throw in a Dr Strange time loop once he has his Eye of Agamotto again until they defeat Grimace.
