Post a comic format pic, extra large or ultra small from your collection7646

Pictures? We don't need no stinking pictures. brysb private msg quote post Address this user
Do not post a regular comic book, trade, HC, or Omnibus (those are in abundance)...but, post anything else that is overly large or small that fits into the comic book format.

One of the things that intrigue me about international comic editions is the variance in sizes. Here is a Spider-man from the UK. It is basically magazine sized, but is oriented horizontally.

Here is a Red Sonja from Turkey, digest sized.

An EKS from Serbia, magazine sized.

And a mini from Mexico!!

Most of my odd-sized books came included with movies or video games. I think I have more but I’m not really sure

I was lucky enough to meet one of the original purchasers of the Dell warehouse from the late 70s. About 10 years ago, he let me cherry-pick so to speak what he personally had kept from the sale for his own stash.
I collect obscure esoteric high grade GA and SA comics usually #1's, #nn's, promos, giveaways, and Dell.
So I couldn't afford all his stuff so I took. All file copy dell four color, dell giants, promos, and bound volumes. I didn't take say, bugs bunny #33, 45, etc... I focused on four color, promos like these. I have all 16 in high graded that graded out in the 9.8 to 9.6 range, plus several duplicates in same grades. I think I have 3 of the Atom Bomb, the key one of the series, I think 2@9.8 and the 3rd one is a 9.6 and has special printing at bottom the it was a person's file copy from Carl Barks. Kind of cool books.
