| This has been discussed at length in another thread on the board here. It is pointless to contact CBCS customer service with "What my Status" #1 They most likely don't know and will give you the basic... "I'll check on it" #2 It only ties up the already short handed department people who's time could be much better spent doing something much more productive. #3 Best advice? Forget about your books for the next 4 months. Calling is not going to get them back any sooner. |
